Vanessa MScott is an incredible DJ/MC. Not only was he incredibly professional in handling our event, but he was efficient in coordinating everyone while being warm, friendly and personable with all our guests. He improvised when things hit a road bump which were few and far between and made everything feel seamless and effortless. I can’t recommend Scott enough and thank him for helping coordinate a truly remarkable and unforgettable day 🙌
Grace WaldronScott is not only a wonderful MC and DJ but also such a joy to work with. We hired him for our wedding and he was with us during venue walkthroughs, provided lighting for parts of the venue, and even helped sew up a tear in a bridesmaid's dress. Scott is a man of many talents and our guests complimented the vibe he was able to create through his music throughout the evening. I highly recommend Scott's services for your next event!
Morgan and MarkBottom line on top: Scott is absolutely amazing and anyone who needs a DJ, should immediately hire him. I wish I could have him as a DJ for just every day life. 5 stars is simply not enough. Longer version: We could not have asked for a better DJ for our wedding. From the moment we first contacted Scott, he was professional, super responsive, and genuinely excited about our big day. Scott took time to get to know us, what kind of vibe we wanted at the wedding, and truly delivered. There were people of all ages on the dance floor the ENTIRE time. I'm talkin' 5:30-10pm, nonstop. In addition to the reception party, Scott tailored the music perfectly to the pre-ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner. Beyond his phenomenal DJ skills, Scott is extremely charismatic, thoughtful, and just simply fun. He worked so well with all of our other vendors as well and even came to our rehearsal! When we couldn't find the right version of the song we wanted for our wedding party, Scott pulled some strings and found it through a friend of his. We literally could not stop talking about how great he was during our honeymoon and I can foresee us continually talking about our wedding for a very long time!
Carrie SimmonsScott Muir was my wedding DJ, MC, entertainment, and all around fun time for my wedding at Spanish Oaks Ranch a few weekends ago. Scott was a pleasure to work from start to finish. Prior to the wedding, he provided a website to help us plan our songs and timeline and worked with us all the way up until the wedding to make sure he knew exactly what we wanted. Scott met with us to discuss what kind of vibe/music types we wanted through out the day and gave us tips and recommendations on songs and timeline. Day of, Scott helped our wedding run so smoothly. He didn't miss a beat and kept our dance floor POPPIN and full for over two hours. He even offered to come to our rehearsal to ensure everything was set and offered last minute tips for fun ideas to throw into the specialty dances and ceremony. Scott made my day so much less stressful. I would recommend Scott to anyone in search of a wedding DJ in the area, he knows what he's doing and was a big part of the success of our wedding! ColtonTo say that Scott was integral to my wife and I's wedding is a vast understatement. He and Lisa were honestly the glue that held the whole day together. My wife and I married in beautiful Yosemite National Park in December 2022 (this is important later). Scott was not only our DJ but also our Officiant. Scott, our dear friend, was the only choice for our wedding DJ. His professionalism, personable nature, and ability to curate the perfect playlist that matched our personalities and the wedding vibe were unparalleled. We danced, man. Like, WE DANCED the night away, and it was glorious! No one knows quite how to bring the party like Scott can, and that's exactly what we needed because my wife is a DANCING QUEEN. She loves to dance, and I, with her, so having someone who could bring the party was a MUST. Scott had no problem rising to the occasion and making the night the best of my life to date. Having Scott officiate our wedding was a profound honor that we will always cherish. It's a debt we can only partially repay. He was fun, witty, warm, and brought a calmness to the ceremony that was exactly what we wanted in the person marrying us. I loved that Scott was our DJ, but my heart truly sings when I get to say that Scott was also our Officiant, who made our day so special. He never complained, from the rehearsal at Tenaya (IN THE SNOW) to the snow-covered ceremony in the cold in Yosemite Valley Floor (Yosemite Falls). He was just lovely. Remembering that day and how magical it was, I know it could not have been as wonderful if Scott and Lisa weren't there to help. The kindness Scott and Lisa showed us on our wedding day is something I will always be grateful for. I will spend the rest of my life trying to repay it, and I look forward to the ongoing effort to do so. Scott is one of the best vendors we've ever had the privilege of working with, and our ongoing friendship brings light into our lives. We love you from the bottom of our hearts.
Christopher GarciaScott is not only a professional, but someone who cares about your event or in our case, wedding day. We’ve had previous experience with Scott and knew we wanted him as our DJ. He’s very organized, as well as on time with everything. The day of we barely noticed he was there, but when the time came to announce something he was confident and ready to guide our guests. Emma AllegrucciScott was the perfect DJ for our wedding! His equipment fit perfectly in our venue, and there were no visible or audible technical mishaps. He tailored the set perfectly to our tastes while expertly managing the energy of the reception. A natural showman, he provided much-needed instruction during a fun synchronized dance (live action shot attached below :)). Scott coordinated perfectly with the photographer, videographer, and event coordinator and provided tasteful uplighting to help set the mood. Scott helped give us the wedding of our dreams, and we can't thank him enough!
