Last week, I had the pleasure of being the DJ and MC for Cate and Travis’s wedding. The event was located at a private ranch just outside of Atascadero.
The ranch is a very rustic property. But, with the help of family and friends, the ranch was transformed into the perfect venue. Perfect for Cate & Travis’s Country Wedding!
The ceremony site was surrounded by rolling hills and oak trees that overlooked an amazing view of the valley and ranch below.
Lack of power was not an issue for me. My solar battery provided all the power I needed for sound and music.
A specially designed trailer were made to transport guest to and from the ceremony and reception areas. One of them was a horse trailer with bails of hay for guests to sit on during the ride. Very inventive and creative.
After the beautiful ceremony, guests entered the reception area, enjoying country music and appetizers. Beer and wine was served at the ranch’s charming one-of-a-kind saloon.
As a newly married couple, Cate & Travis shared their first dance to “At Last” by Etta James. Throughout the night, the dance floor was always full. The guest wanted to continue the celebration even longer, so we extended the reception two more additional hours!
Thank you Cate & Travis for letting me be a part of your wedding day!
