I was so thrilled when Rahul & Rebecca approached me to DJ their wedding at the Beautiful Cliffs Resort in Pismo Beach, California. The festivities started the day before as a welcome dinner at Chamisal Winery. An amazing winery located in San Luis Obispo, California. With our planner, Amanda Holder, caterer Field To Table, Henna Artist: Henna Me Beautiful, and Patrick Ang photography, we had this evening covered. A perfect evening to welcome guests and family to eat & drink and prepare for the next day.
On the day of the wedding, The Cliffs Resort had a clear tent assembled outside on the glass area, overlooking the breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean shoreline. Anna Fergus and her staff at the Cliffs were there to assist with anything we needed. Drapings By Kim had the place looking so beautiful. Ricardo with Elegant Details & Floral added that pop of color to everything. Avenue Twelve & Got You Covered handled the rentals, Patrick Ang and his fun team captured all the photos and video of the day. And of course, Amanda Holder & Shea Lindsay kept the entire day running like a Swiss watch.
After a very beautiful wedding ceremony, our guests gathered outside the tent area to enjoy drinks and hors d’oeuvres provided by The Cliffs Resort, and enjoyed time in the 360-degree Photo Booth, provided by Epic Entertainment. Once the reception began, guests filled the tent and took their seats. We welcomed Rahul & Rebecca entered their reception with a Grand Entrance and immediately went into their First Dance. Afterwards, they each had a moment to dance with their parents. We then had some of Rahul & Rebecca’s friends and family perform three dance numbers. The energy in that tent was amazing! Everyone was celebrating and having a great time.
After dinner, all provided by the Cliffs, and before the toast and speeches, Rebecca’s father sat and played two songs to Rebecca & Rahul with an accordion. Something he used to do for Rebecca when she was a child. A very happy and emotional time for Rebecca. After the cake cutting, the dance floor opened with Bollywood, Desi, and Soca music, keeping it packed all evening. When the evening came to an end, we had a grand send-off for Rahul & Rebecca. Looking back, the day couldn’t have been more perfect. Thank you to our amazing team of vendors, and congratulations to Rahul & Rebecca!
